Stafford Skincare is a private clinic offering consultations for Cosmetic Treatments, Cryotherapy and Dermatology conditions. All appointments are with Dr Anne Ward, Consultant Dermatologist, providing expert care backed by over 30 years' of specialist training.
Stafford Skincare's service is split between 2 locations: Consultations for Cosmetic Treatments and Cryotherapy are at the Lichfield Clinic. Dermatology Consultations for all other skin problems are provided at a local Private Hospital.
Dr Anne Ward prides herself on providing high-quality, safe, effective care in a clean environment that complies with all healthcare regulations. She is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, the Royal College of Physicians, the British Hair and Nail Society and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners, an organisation that strives to provide high-quality, safe, aesthetic procedures. She is a past President of the West Midlands Dermatological Society. In addition, Stafford Skincare - Lichfield is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring high standards and safe care. Cosmetic Treatments
Stafford Skincare offers the full range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures at the Lichfield Clinic. Consultations are available to discuss treatment options for wrinkles, lines and volume loss. As a Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Anne Ward understands the structure and function of the skin, and believes that healthy glowing skin is as important as reducing lines and wrinkles. Expert advice on skin rejuvenation to improve the appearance and texture of the skin is included in the consultation.

The aim of Stafford Skincare is to provide safe, high quality treatments with natural looking outcomes. Dr Anne Ward's in-depth medical knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection technique helps to reduce the risk of complications. Most referrals are through "word of mouth" with many people returning for repeat treatments for over a decade. Cryotherapy - Freezing
Cryotherapy (Freezing) is a treatment used by Dermatologists to remove or reduce the size of benign skin lesions and to treat selected low-grade skin cancers. A very cold spray is directed on to the skin lesion, turning it into an ice-ball within a few seconds. Cryotherapy causes the skin lesion to become inflamed, following which it starts to crust over and drop off.

Stafford Skincare offers Cryotherapy for Seborrhoeic Keratosis, Viral Warts, Skin Tags, Molluscum Contagiosum and Actinic Keratosis. Dermatology Consultations
Dr Anne Ward sees people with Dermatology problems at a local Private Hospital. Conditions include skin rashes such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and urticaria. She also diagnoses and treats hair, nail and vulval problems. People can choose to self-refer or come via their GP or Health Insurance.
