Prior to booking an appointment with any Practitioner for a non-surgical cosmetic procedure, such as Botox or Dermal Fillers - always check that they are registered with the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) or Save Face.  These are the only 2 registers in the UK that list Practitioners who are qualified / trained to the required standard to undertake the cosmetic procedures.

In addition, check that the Practitioner or Clinic is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is the healthcare watchdog, and ensures that the premises are safe, clean and up to standard, and that the Practitioner complies with all the UK healthcare safety standards.
