Work Colleagues & Patients

The General Medical Council (GMC) requires that Work Colleagues provide anonymous Feedback as part of a Doctor's Appraisal and Revalidation Process. Work Colleagues include other Doctors, Nurses, Reception Staff and Secretaries, so that a full picture can be obtained of the person's interactions and behaviour with all members of the Team. Patients are also asked to complete an anonymous Feedback Questionnaire by the Receptionist. Feedback is obtained every 5 years.
