The General Medical Council (GMC) requires that Work Colleagues provide anonymous independent Formal Feedback as part of a Doctor's Appraisal and Revalidation Process. Work Colleagues include other Doctors, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Nurses, Reception Staff and Secretaries, so that a full picture can be obtained of the person's interactions and behaviour with all members of the Team.  Patients are also asked to complete an anonymous Feedback Questionnaire. Formal Feedback is required every 5 years.
